Periodontal Risk and Disease Analysis

Clinically validated Periodontal disease risk and severity analysis as well as suggested treatment options for a patient can be quickly calculated simply by entering 23 data points you are already recording.  Risk is reported on a clinically validated 1 (very low) to 5 (very high) numeric scale, while disease severity is described on a validated 1 (health) to 100 (severe periodontitis) numeric scale.  Reports are generated while the patient is still in the chair, dramatically increasing compliance and retention.  Patients are given this analysis as simple-to-understand numeric scores that demonstrate improvement or deterioration in their periodontal health status.

Oral Cancer Risk Analysis

Lifestyle and medical history variables can be easily entered into the OHIS program, and a patient's risk for oral cancer on a 1 (very low) to 5 (very high) numeric scale is presented in an easy to understand personalized report. This risk score heightens the clinician's focus on this important aspect of oral health, and helps the patient understand why they may be candidates for enhanced screening.
