Unfinished
Risk Assessments List:

This lists
all Risk Assessments that have been started but not transmitted to PreViser's web services.
Each row displays the patient’s name and the date the assessment
was last updated. Moving your mouse over a row highlights that row in
a new colour.
Clicking
on a row in this list displays the first incomplete page of the Risk
Assessment Wizard, allowing you to continue to enter data to complete
that specific assessment.
If there
are more Unfinished Assessments than can display in that space, you
can scroll through the entire summary list of unfinished assessments
by clicking on the small arrows at the bottom of the list:
Patients:
Search:
Typing
a patient’s name or part of a name in the “Search”
box results in a filtered list containing only patients' names matching
the value you entered. For example, if you type in “su,”
the list might include the records of Susie Jones, Susan Edwards, and
Bob Sutherland, as all those names (first or last) start with "su."
Create
New Patient:
Click “Create
New Patient” (either the link on the central menu, or the small
text link in the upper right corner) to display the New Patient
screen. See the Patient Details topic in this chapter
or the Create a New Patient tutorial for more details.
Browse
All Patients:
Choosing
this option displays a comprehensive Patient List of all your patients
you have established records for in the PreViser system, in a summary
list format. Clicking a row in that list loads the Patient Details
screen for that patient.
Print
Perio Risk and Disease Form:
Clicking
this option prints a blank Perio Risk Input Form on your local printer.
See Risk Assessment Forms
for more details.
Print
Caries, Root, and Fracture Risk Form:
Clicking
this option loads the Print Caries Input Form screen,
from which you can select the option appropriate for the patient's age,
then print the blank input form from that screen. See Risk
Assessment Forms for more details.
Print
Oral Cancer Risk Form:
Clicking
this option prints a blank Oral Cancer Risk Input Form on your local
printer. See Risk Assessment
Forms for more details.
